Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Praktice, operated by SVISS43 Advisory and Technology Services Private Limited.

Try before you pay

Every new firm gets a 15-day free trial with no payment details required. We encourage you to use it properly — add your clients, create real tasks, put your staff on it — so that you know whether Praktice suits your practice before any money changes hands.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing inside your account.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You keep full access until that date
• You will not be charged again after cancelling
• No notice period, no cancellation fee

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date. Your renewal date is shown on the Billing page.

Refunds

Subscription fees, once charged, are not refundable.

This includes:

• Partial months, where you cancel mid-cycle
• Periods during which you did not use the service
• Additional-user charges already billed
• Amounts paid before a downgrade

We have set out this position plainly because we would rather be clear than have you discover it later. The 15-day trial exists so that the decision to pay is an informed one.

Where we will make an exception

We will review a refund request where:

• You were charged after cancelling. If a charge was taken after you cancelled correctly, we will refund it in full.
• You were charged twice for the same period through a technical fault on our side.
• The service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side, and you were unable to use it materially.

Write to support@praktice.in with your firm name and the payment reference. We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Changing plans

Upgrading from Starter to Growth takes effect at your next renewal. Your seat limit lifts immediately so you can add staff, and the new rate applies from the next billing cycle.

Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal. You must first reduce your active logins to within the lower plan's limit.

No refund arises on either.

What happens to your data

After cancellation, your firm's data is retained for 30 days.

• Within 30 days — resubscribe and everything is as you left it. Or write to support@praktice.in and we will provide an export of your data.
• After 30 days — your firm's data is permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

We recommend downloading the reports you need before cancelling. Praktice provides Excel exports for your work register, billing, expenses, attendance and other reports.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to collect again and notify you. If payment is not received, access may be suspended. Your data is retained under the 30-day rule above from the date of suspension.

Taxes

All prices shown are inclusive of GST. Where you provide a valid GSTIN, a tax invoice showing the tax component will be issued.
